Corina Taban
is a founder, organizational behavior researcher, and former tech executive.
Recognized as a Next Generation Female Leader by McKinsey, she previously led strategic content and data licensing partnerships for Microsoft and Meta across several international markets. Corina is currently completing a Doctorate in Business Administration, where her award-winning research focuses on the evolving employment relationship, leadership dynamics, and organizational adaptation in fast-moving environments. Today, as the founder of 934 Leadership Advisors, she trains, advises, and works with C-levels and senior executives on how organizations adapt and evolve at the intersection of strategy, technology, and human behavior. Corina is also a guest lecturer for Executive Education on AI adoption at Cambridge University’s Business School.
